Using NikeGrip yarn will also help to keep your foot held in place. The NikeGrip construction also has mesh that will provide you with breathability and will also allow moisture drainage. The heel tab will help resist shoe abrasion for a longer-lasting pair of socks. Flat-lying seams will remove the risk of irritation caused by rubbing and chafing when running.
